squats: 4 x 5 (110, 120, 130, *142.5)

RDL: 3 x 7 (85, 90, 100)

lunges: 2 x 10 (60, 60)

calf raises: 2 x 15 (120, 120)

leg raises: 3 x 15

* only got 1 rep
