hang cleans: 4 x 5 (55, 60, 62.5, 65)
pin squats: 4 x 5 (115, 117.5, 122.5, 122.5)
RDL: 3 x 7 (80, 87.5, 87.5)
lunges: 2 x 10 (62.5, 62.5)
calf raises: 2 x 15 (117.5, 117.5)
- pretty good session.
- got my palm on the ceiling off a mini dropstep.
- progression from last week: hang cleans, pin squats.
- ankle still not 100%, but on the bright side its better than last month.
